CITY MUSEUM OF HISTORY OF \u00c9CIJA (PALACE OF BENAMEJ\u00cd)<\/span><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”bottom-to-top”]Among the archaeological remains exhibited in the museum we have to mention the interesting collection of metal pieces belonging to the Prehistory, the three stelae of warriors or the Placa de \u00c9cija (\u201cSlab of \u00c9cija\u201d), a unique Tartessian goldsmith piece. HOUSE-MUSEUM OF THE ORDER OF SAN GIL<\/span><\/h3>\n

sacred art museum (CHURCH OF SANTA CRUZ)<\/span><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”bottom-to-top”]The museum is home to a large collection of gold and silver works from the 18th<\/sup>\u00a0century. Among its most interesting pieces: pax-boards, drapery, canopies, lecterns, sacra, paintings, sculptures, furniture, cornucopias, situlae, bells, crosses, chalices, monstrances, fountains, altars and cups. Particularly notable is a Namban lectern or \u201cShokendai\u201d, made during the Japanese Momoyama period in the year 1573, as well as a gold-plated silver processional monstrance crafted by Francisco de Alfaro Hern\u00e1ndez in Sevilla, 1586.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”bottom-to-top”]Address: <\/strong>Ntra. PAROCHIAL MUSEUM IN CHURCH OF SANTA MAR\u00cdA<\/span><\/h3>\n
